MapPalette is an independent project, and mail from users is read by the person who builds the site. Whether you found a bug, a boundary looks wrong, an export came out broken, or you just want a feature — write in.

What to include

• Bug reports: the page you were on (for example /world or /country/germany), your browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps a lot.
• Map data issues: the country and region name that looks wrong. Boundary data comes from Natural Earth, so some fixes are upstream, but reported issues get looked at.
• Feature requests: a short description of what you're trying to make. Several current features (the globe projection, data import, share links) came from user suggestions.
• Licensing questions: maps you export are yours to use — see the terms of use — but if your use case is unusual, ask.

Response time

Usually within a few days. There is no support team — just the developer — so thanks in advance for your patience.
