What is MapPalette?

MapPalette is a free browser-based map maker. You click regions on an interactive map — countries of the world, states of India, US states, German Länder, or the provinces of 250+ other countries — to color them, label each color in a legend, and download the finished map as a high-resolution PNG or an editable SVG. There is no account, no watermark and nothing to install; your map is processed entirely in your browser.

How do I make a map from data instead of clicking?

Can I save my map and edit it later?

Maps autosave in your browser. You can also download a small config file to re-load later, or copy a Share link that reopens your exact map — colors, legend and title — on any device.
