About MapPalette

MapPalette is a free online map maker. Click countries, states or provinces to color them, build a legend, and download your map as a high-resolution PNG or SVG — no account needed.

The site is built and maintained by an independent developer. It started as a tool for making India state maps with correct boundaries — something most online map makers get wrong — and grew into a full map maker covering the world, every continent, and the internal divisions of 250+ countries. Everything runs in your browser: nothing you draw is uploaded to a server.
